About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager with extensive knowledge of the paint industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from initial estimation to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional customer service skills, be organized, and have a clean-cut appearance. Additionally, the candidate must be drug-free and have their own reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate estimates based on project specifications
Develop project plans and schedules
Monitor project progress and keep jobs on track
Deliver materials to job sites as needed
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality
Conduct site inspections and prepare reports as required
Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget
Identify and manage project risks
Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Requirements
